Trophies & Achievements · Cross-platform pops

Two completions, one playthrough

The question every cross-platform hunter asks: which games let a full Xbox completion — the whole 1,000 Gamerscore — pop the PlayStation trophies too? Fewer than you'd think. We've verified the ones that genuinely do, split by how cleanly they land, and called out the popular games that carry your progress but pop nothing.

Cross-progression ≠ trophy pop. Sony and Microsoft don't share trophy data, so carrying your save across platforms is not the same as the trophies unlocking. Plenty of big cross-save games (GTA Online, Forza Horizon 5, Minecraft, Cyberpunk) pop nothing. The ones below do — either through a native account link (clean pop) or a save transfer that cascades the trophies with a little play (partial). Link accounts first; the direction that works is Xbox → PlayStation.

Confirmed not to pop

Progress may carry, but the trophies won't auto-pop across Xbox↔PS — earn these the long way:

  • GTA V
  • Forza Horizon 5
  • DOOM: The Dark Ages
  • Senua's Saga: Hellblade II
  • Age of Mythology: Retold
  • Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition
  • Age of Empires IV
  • Cyberpunk 2077
  • Marvel Rivals
  • Minecraft
  • No Man's Sky
  • Payday 3
  • Grounded

On the watchlist 🔬

Claimed or expected to pop, but untested — confirmations welcome via Report feedback in your player menu.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions

Listed as supporting cross-progression (WB account) — nobody's tested the trophy behaviour yet. Can you confirm?

Pool Blitz

Auto-pop appears to work (smartphone → PS4 reports) but needs more testing.

The Outer Worlds 2

Coming to PlayStation — cross-pop depends on whether it ties trophies to an Obsidian/Microsoft account. TBD.

EA Sports College Football

Expected to use EA's server-side progression like PGA Tour; trophy behaviour TBD at launch.

Show off the double

Popped a Platinum off your Xbox grind? SynchPulse puts your PlayStation, Xbox and Steam completions in one profile — the whole cross-platform haul, side by side.

17 games with a clean native pop, 28 that work with caveats — cross-platform behaviour changes with patches and account setups, so treat the “partial” rows as reported, not guaranteed, and always link your accounts before you begin. Compiled with the trophy-hunting community, drawing on the PSNProfiles cross-progression thread and PowerPyx trophy guides.
